Built for uniformity, not one-off experiments

CNC machining
Clean-fitting parts make for predictable installs. Our Anerson Selex Primo and Biesse Rover A turn your CAD into repeatable, high-volume components for doors, gables, shelves and frames with accuracy down to 1/1000th of an inch on all parts to ensure proper tolerances.
Flat panel coating
Don’t let drift tarnish your brand. Our Mito by Cefla 2P Flat Line Spray Booth and multi-level Pieffe Bake Oven keep color and sheen consistent from run to run, giving you uniform finishes across every door and panel. This way, paint and stain stay matched across full floors and repeat orders.
Upholstery
Seating only works when it matches the rest of the package. Our Juki double-needle sewing machines and Nordgen pneumatic presses build cushions and other upholstered components with durable tufting and a variety of stitching options. You can count on consistent, install-ready finishes.
