Industrial equipment and heavy machinery parts
Reliable production for parts that need to bolt up right, batch after batch. OEMs and equipment builders count on us for contract runs and overflow needs.

Every weld and hole must hold
Downtime doesn’t care why you’re late. If brackets arrive out of spec, weldments warp or finishes fail, you’re the one eating the rework risks. Missed shipped dates. Warranty blowback. You know the drill. Metrix gives you a dependable outlet for any work that threatens to slow your main line. We can cut, fabricate, finish and assemble in our 100,000-square-foot shop, and you’ll enjoy having one consistent point of contact from start to finish.
Built for repeatability, not rework
Brackets, gussets and mounts. Guards, access panels and covers. Frames, bases and weldments. Enclosures and protective housings. Service kits and replacement parts. If it needs to fit and last, we can build it.

Waterjet
cutting
Clean edges and accurate profiles, without heat distortion. Our Omax 60120 waterjet cuts plate and sheet into repeatable components to 1/1000th of an inch on the first try. It’s the most reliable way to keep assembly flowing when internal capacity is tapped out.

Welding and metal fabrication
Quality parts start with solid fabrication. Our in-house welding and metal fabrication equipment supports bending, punching, shearing, notching, drilling and MIG/TIG welding for brackets, frames and structural subassemblies that can tolerate real-world demands.

Powder coating and finishing
If the finish isn’t perfect, even perfectly made parts can fail. With in-house surface prep, blast and batch powder coating, our team delivers durable coatings that protect against corrosion and daily wear. The result? Consistent, production-ready parts that won’t chip or scratch.
Working with Metrix
The process is simple: You send us your drawings, specs and finish requirements. We’ll confirm the details, flag any DFM issues early and build the run. Use us for the full flow from start to finish, or just the step that’s slowing you down. Either way, you’ll get parts that fit right, ship on time and show up ready to assemble.

CAD-driven waterjet cutting keeps hole locations, edge quality and flatness intact by avoiding heat altogether, keeping parts from drifting before they reach assembly.

Fabrication and MIG/TIG welding turn cut parts into weldments that don’t twist, creep or crack once they’re in service.

With surface prep, blasting and batch powder coating in-house, you’ll get controlled corrosion resistance that stays consistent from order to order.
